Lion is a tool changing 3d printer with 4 tool heads. Each of them can be configured with a different extruder, hotend, and/or nozzle size.

Featuring a CNC machined aluminum crossbar made on my customized Shapeoko 3 router, specialized hotends with high power heaters and cooling fans, a fully enclosed build chamber with insulation, a 3 lead screw supported high temperature magnetic build plate, and 750W of PTC chamber heaters, Lion was built to help create high performance 3d printed objects with speed, precision, and quality.

Lion’s unique capabilities made it perfect to complete a large, highly detailed 3d print for SpaceX which I was contracted to produce
